He implemented Simplifey in over 7,000 locations and grew his team to over 300. Prior to pursuing dentistry, Dr. Hungate worked for Apple, Inc. designing the Apple retail workflow.

Martin Kearns is General Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at Henry Schein One, responsible for leading product vision and go-to-market strategies for the RCM portfolio. He is also a member of the Henry Schein One Executive Team. Prior to joining the RCM team, Marin held leadership positions at HS1 in Sales, Marketing, and Finance. He has 13 years experience leading successful teams in many SaaS industries – including dental, healthcare, real estate, legal, and financial services. Early in his career, Martin held carious operations and sales management positions in the financial services industry. Martin is passionate about building fun-having cultures driven by delivering results and owning customer success. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Martin lives on Long Island with his wife, Annie, and their 5 children.

He is responsible for supporting the company’s go-to-market strategy globally, including all Biz2Credit and Biz2X, as well as execution for the company’s innovative products, including the CPA Business Funding Portal.
