Let patients book the way they want to  

We saw the craze of online scheduling coming and we've had it for quite a while. Online scheduling is awesome, but Google Reserve takes it to a whole new level. It makes it easy for patients to do business with us. With Google Reserve -- where patients can read our Google reviews and book an appointment without the pain of multiple clicks and different websites -- we've increased 25% over what we were doing with just online scheduling. 

 

I know there's a lot of practices that are hesitant about online scheduling because they feel like they're going to lose control. What they don't understand is this is going to make them more efficient, and they have total control over it. 

 

I set up all of the criteria. I'm the one who designed it. I have ultimate control. You map out your rules, and Google doesn't go in and trump that. They map into the schedule, and then it hits our rules and the criteria for making those appointments. I am 100% in control. The myth that you lose control of your schedule -- I just busted that. 

 

Increase case acceptance

With Jarvis Analytics, the first thing I do in the morning is log into my account to see the unscheduled treatment for patients who have appointments day. At this time of the year, patients aren’t thinking about their dental benefits and what they have left. By texting them, "Hey, don't forget, you want to use your benefits. We want to help you maximize those."  Campaigns that help patients maximize their benefits provide another way to get the patients in the chair.
