Happy Office Manager Month! Your office manager is the backbone of your practice, helping to keep everything running smoothly for both staff and patients. This month, they deserve to be celebrated for their hard work and contribution to your practice. 

We’re highlighting 10 fun, easy ways to celebrate your office manager. 

1. Coffee: Pick up your office manager’s favorite caffeinated beverage on the way to the office or treat them with a gift card to the local coffee shop. 

2. Breakfast or lunch: Treat your office manager to a meal during their workday. This can be as simple as celebrating with donuts, or you can take your entire team to lunch to celebrate. 

3. Time off: Give your office manager a chance to relax with an additional day off.  

4. Flexible scheduling: If you can’t swing additional time off, flexible scheduling is almost as good. Give your office manager the opportunity to come in late or early for a few days. 

5. Highlight them on social media: Show your gratitude for your office manager on social media. This can include thank you messages from the staff or a “getting to know you” post.
